Life in America is busy and full of distractions.  We’re definitely finding it more difficult to update this site.  Since Dave has been back, we spent two wonderful weeks in Massachusetts with the Johanssons, and all three of us had a great time.  We love our family so much, and really treasured every second we got to spend with them.  Sam really enjoyed the time he spent with his cousins.  They had so much fun playing, chasing each other, wrestling, jumping on air mattresses, singing songs, covering each other with kisses, and just enjoying that special bond that cousins have.

One of Sam’s favorite things about America is riding in the car and looking at all the trucks and busses.  He loves to sing “Wheels on the Bus”, and requests it every time we are in the car.  Sam was thrilled when his Uncle Dan (who drives the church bus) gave him, Jake, and Sophia a ride on a real bus.

Another highlight was the little bit of SNOW that we got on Mommy’s birthday!

The next few weeks are full of doctor’s appointments and lunches and dinners with friends.  We can’t believe that Sam’s brother will be here in three weeks (or hopefully less)!  We’re still working hard on trying to decide on his name.  Thanks for your prayers for an easy and healthy delivery.
